Please join us for the next SST meeting on Tuesday, May 17th, 2016 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. in 2520D UCC. The agenda for the meeting is below.

1. Strategic Plan (1 hour, 15 minutes): The Strategic Plan Development Group (SPDG) would like more time with staff members, in particular, and SST members in general to get their input on what should be in the UI's 2016-2021 Strategic Plan. Currently, SPDG is asking for ideas around student success, knowledge and practice, and engagement with Iowa. Although SST will naturally have lots of ideas around student success, SPDG also wants to spend time with you around the other two areas. Please bring your ideas and be ready to share. Two prompts: In each of these areas, what would you be excited to see at The University of Iowa in 5 years? In each of these areas, what obstacles do you see to us achieving our future goals? 

2. Bias Assessment and Response Team (BART) Plan Development (30 minutes): A group has been charged with developing a BART process for the UI campus. We will share a draft of our work so far for your input. 

3. Be Better@Iowa update (15 minutes): The Strengths and Leadership Project Team will have updates for you.
